Computer Frozen
Press ALT-F4 and restart the computer
Intermittent Issues
If the sensor is working but you are having intermittent problems, please exit the software and reboot the computer

Ball is not being placed in the proper hitting zone
Under the monitor, there will be a picture of the different hitting zones.
6 inches left or right of the tee should work if you are having issues off the mat
Improper club selection
If you want to hit off the tee, select driver
If you want to hit off the mat, select any other club
Hand setting is wrong
Check the hand setting and make sure it’s correct
Sensor Malfunction
If you checked the above 3 common faults but are still having issues, a technician will need to be dispatched tomorrow.
