Three common reasons why the sensor is not picking up the ball.
- Club is not set properly
- If you're trying to hit off the tee, make sure 'Driver' has been selected
- If you're trying to hit of the mat, make sure any other club is selected
- Wrong hand is selected
- Go to Menu and check to make sure the hand is set properly
- Improper ball placement
- Ball must be placed within the hitting zones
- Use the picture under the monitor as a guide to where the ball should be placed
If all setting are proper, try restarting the computer or pick up the phone beside the monitor and call us.
