• How can I enter the facility?

  The only way to enter the facility is by using the Smart Door Key in the Tracer Golf App. This key works from 15 minutes before your start time until 15 minutes after your end time. You must make a booking to enter. Watch Now: Learn How to Enter Your Tutorial Video!

• I can't find the app in the Android/Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to download?

• The Smart Door Key doesn't open the door

  Please wait 10 seconds and try again.

• What if I don't have a data plan for my mobile device?

  Tracer Golf provides free wifi at all the facilities. Connect to our wifi first and then access the Smart Door Key in the Tracer Golf App. The SSID and password are located at the door.

• What if I forget something after my session is over?

  You will have up to 15 minutes to return.  After which you will need to make another booking or contact us during customer service hours.

• What if I need a smoke break outside or forgot something in my car?

  No problem. You may leave and re-enter as often as you like during your booking window. The Smart Door Key in the Tracer Golf App is active until 15 min after your booking time.  Just remember to bring your phone with you!
