  • Do you provide balls and tees? Do I have to bring my own balls and tees?

    We provide premium range balls and 3 heights of rubber tees.
  • Do you provide clubs or do you have clubs for rent?

    No. You must supply your own clubs.

  • How do you replay the video in premium bays?

    First go to the Menu and turn on Swing Vision. After you hit your ball, click on the video icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  • Start Fresh, default settings

    No one likes left overs. Start your session FRESH by resetting the software to default settings. EXIT the game or range and start fresh by clicking on BACK until you get the logo screen. This resets the system to default.
  • The monitor is off

    If the projector is working but the monitor is black, try turning the monitor power on and wait a few seconds. If it still doesn't work then the monitor may be broken. Please contact us so we can get it fixed asap.
  • There are no balls in my bay

    We apologize for the inconvenience. We regularly replenish the bays with fresh balls, however, some golfers may have moved balls from your bay.   • What kind of golf balls do you use? Can I use my own?

    We hate range balls too but unfortunately it’s the only way to keep costs down. BUT feel free to use your own balls. *Please use balls without Sharpie marks as they will degrade the quality of the video screen over time.
