  • What is the price? How much does it cost?

    Our rates vary by location and features and we continue to strive to be the most cost effective indoor golf facility. You can golf for as little as $18 per hour with friends. For more detailed pricing, please visit our Rates & Locations page.
  • Can I book last minute?

    Yes. Last minute booking are not an issue.
  • Can I cancel a booking?

    Yes. You may cancel a booking up to 3 hours prior to your booking start time. Navigate to the Booking Details in the Tracer Golf App and click on More Options. Read our full cancellation policy Watch Now: Learn How to Cancel and Reschedule Your Tutorial Video!
  • Can I edit a booking?

    Yes! You can modify a booking up to 3 hours prior to your start time.  Navigate to the Booking Details in the Tracer Golf App and click on More Options. Read our full cancellation policy Watch Now: Learn How to Cancel and Reschedule Your Tutorial Video!
  • Can I extend my training session?

    Yes. As long as the schedule is open, you can use the Extend My Booking feature in the app or just create another booking. The system will not shut down or reset your data.
  • Can I reschedule, change or move a booking?

  • Do you provide refunds?

    Yes. If you have cancelled your booking within the proper cancellation window, then you will receive a full refund.
  • How do I book?

  • How many days in advance can I book?

    You can book any time within 30 days prior to your desired booking date.
  • I am getting the error message "your postal code is incomplete"

    When you enter your credit card details there is a field to input the postal code just to the right of the CVV code.
  • Is my booking information publicly viewable?

    No. Once you book a session, your name will not appear on any publicly viewable schedule.
  • Is my credit card safe?

    Your credit card information goes directly to our third party credit card processing company, Stripe. This information never goes through our web servers.   • Is the price per bay or per person?

    Our rates are for the bay. You can bring up to 4 people per bay at no extra charge.
  • Is there a minimum booking time?

    You can book for as little as 15 minutes. Going to a golf course with no range? Just warm up at Tracer Golf for 15 minutes. Sharpen up your short game and score better.
  • Schedule looks available but I am unable to book

    The scheduling app requires refreshing as it does not update in real time. If you are viewing the booking calendar on a mobile device simply pull down to refresh. On a desktop computer click refresh or press F5.
  • What payment methods are available

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • When do I pay?

    You pay for your session at the time of booking.
  • Can I bring my kids?

    Yes.  Kids are welcome!
  • Credit Card statement shows "Tracer Golf North York"

    Our head office is located at North York. Our credit card processor, Stripe, passes along our business name "Tracer Golf", but some card issuers or banks add "North York" in an effort to provide the customer more detail about the transaction.   • Do you have any membership options?

    We do not currently have any membership or bulk purchase options. We are proud to offer the lowest rates in the GTA without the need for any commitments. If you have any specific feedback we would love to hear from you as we are looking to continuously improve our service.
  • Do you have any tutorials?

    Please visit this page to see a collection of short tutorial videos. Watching these before your arrive will maximize your golf time.
  • Edit or change credit card information

    In the Tracer Golf App, go to Account and click Manage Payment Info and add or remove a card.

  • Guest Registration Form

    All persons must be registered to enter. Anyone who has not created the booking must complete this registration form to enter any Tracer Golf location.
  • How do I change my email address?

    It is not possible to change your email address at this time. You will need to create a new account.
  • Number of people per bay

    There is a limit of 4 people per bay.
  • Where do I download the app?
